Free Female Fitness

Starting on Tuesday the 11th of July from 1pm-2pm, ¬†Take 1 we will be offering 10 weeks of FREE fitness sessions for women. After many comments from our lovely locals wanting to lead a healthier lifestyle and get exercising in order to improve their confidence, we have answered your requests. So get on down to Bridlington Street Park for some outdoor fitness with our highly skilled instructor, who’s number 1 aim is to help you achieve your goals.

Our very own Clair Byrne will be taking you through: Circuit training, High Intensity Interval Training, Boxercise plus much more. Be sure to bring a bottle of water and a towel, because Clair will definitely make you sweat, and with it being free for all everyone is welcome to get involved and reach your goals.
